Ground + Flow is a gently held, intuitive body practice designed to help you rebuild trust with your body, your intuition, and your inner rhythm — not through force or performance, but through experience.

This is not a class where you have to “do it right.”
This is not about fixing yourself.
This is about remembering how to listen.

What This Space Is For

Ground & Flow is a container where you are guided into your body through:

  • gentle, yogic-based movement (not limited to traditional postures)
  • intuitive flow & creative expression
  • breathwork & meditation
  • inward reflection & integration
  • optional community connection

You’ll be supported in learning how to:

  • feel safe in your body
  • sense your own energy
  • listen to what your body is communicating
  • move in ways that feel true for you
  • build a more trusting relationship with your intuition

This work is experiential.
Nothing is taught intellectually.
You learn by being in your body.

What You’ll Experience in Each Session...

1. Arrival & Opening

We’ll arrive together, open the container, and ground into the space.
You’ll be invited to bring your presence into the circle — seeing & being seen — before settling inward.

2. Intuitive Body Flow

A guided, somatic flow rooted in yoga, but not confined by it.
Movement may feel slow, fluid, creative, grounding, or expressive — always invitational. You’ll be encouraged to listen to your body & move in ways that honor what’s present.

3. Breath, Meditation & Inner Listening

We’ll transition inward through breath & meditation.
This may include quiet reflection, journaling prompts, or simply listening to the energy that’s been stirred.

4. Community & Integration

Optional space to share, witness, or simply listen.
Connection can happen through voice, video, or the chat — whatever feels most supportive for your nervous system.
This time helps integrate the experience so you’re not holding it alone.
