Coherence — A New Moon Ashtanga Ritual

So many of us struggle with discipline not because we are broken, but because we have never felt anchored. 

We can’t see the map. We don’t know how to move forward.

Ashtanga provides the anchor. The structure. The safety. 

And within that structure, something extraordinary happens. The path is revealed. 

Not from the outside, but from within you. Because it was always already there.

This is the gift of Ashtanga through the lens of devotion. The discipline holds you so securely that the soft, tender, devotional places inside you finally feel safe enough to be felt, to be expressed, and to come alive.

This practice is for you if:

•   You have lived with rigid discipline — using control and structure to survive — and you are ready to soften into something more honest for you

•   You have been soft and flowing but untethered, and you are ready to let structure become the container that frees you

•   You are ready to stop fighting yourself and meet the place where devotion and discipline become one

That place of union — that marriage within — is yoga. It is coherence. And Ashtanga provides the path there.

On the morning of the Gemini New Moon, I would love to guide you there.

What to Expect

We will move through two hours together with intention and care, creating a sacred space for:

• Dharma Talk — We open by exploring Ashtanga and its eight limbs through the lens of devotion. Not as a performance, but as a path inward.
• Ashtanga Practice — A 60-minute asana flow taught through devotion and discipline as one. You will be guided to meet your body exactly where it is.
• Closing Breath & Meditation — We seal the practice and let it integrate
• Sacred Share Circle — A brief, open space to share your experience, what you noticed, or simply to ask questions.

You will receive a gentle preparation guide — a gift to support you in creating a sacred space to truly meet yourself.
